How to choose correct lamp system ?
· As standard type that most clients choose, it has stable effect suitable to various UV paint curing, for different color UV paint apply suitable UV lamps ensure curing totally.
Usually Mercury lamp is good enough for clear UV.
Gallium lamp is suitable to color UV.
Iron lamp is better to dark color UV.
Sometimes they cooperate with each other for best effect.
According to different UV layer and curing demands, the quantity of UV lamps will be different.
· Electronic transformer is an option that automatic continuously variable voltage.
Over 20% to 30% energy output than standard type and keep only 10% power during standby.
Save electric capacitor and increase lamp life. -
